Imaging Roborio gives error, Corrupt Firmware Cannot Run

Imaging the roborio causes this issue. I have followed every step in this guide and asked people on discord with no luck. Trying to put new firmware on the roborio also gives an error. I believe I need a new USB image.

Seeing as so many of us have this problem https://forums.ni.com/t5/Discovering-and-Imaging-the/Cannot-image-roboRIO/td-p/4150312 you'd think NI would make this an easier issue to fix.  Here's to hoping we get help soon.

Just to confirm, are you able to get the roborio into safemode? If so, can you try to re-image it then?

(the reason we try the USB method as an absolute last resort is if it fails, there is no option but to RMA the roboRIO).

The roborio was in safe mode when I tried the steps above.
