I have been trying to measure the voltage of the PWM signal shown on a PXI-4070 DMM with no success.  I keep getting NaN (overange)

I tried measuring on the DMM soft front panel but I get the same thing , overange

I think the waveform is within the DMM limits for freq and voltage

Any ideas ?

Thanks, Ross

What are your DMM settings? Have you tried digitizer mode to see if you are measuring everything you expect?

If you are using LabVIEW there are also a couple examples to help get you started:
