niDMM shows up in software list in MAX, but niDMM VIs are not in function pallet

How come the niDMM VIs are not appearing in the function pallet?  Even if I do a search on a particular VI, the search comes up empty.

Did you install LabVIEW before or after installing NI-DMM? If you installed NI-DMM first, the NI-DMM installer did not see LabVIEW on the system and so did not install the VIs for it by default. To fix this, rerun the NI-DMM installer, either from the disk or from Add and Remove Programs (Select National Instruments, Change/Remove, select NI-DMM, then choose Modify).

You may wish to refer to this KB (Part II) for more information. That KB is actually for NI-DAQmx, but it largely still applies.

Please let us know if this does not fix the issue.
