niDMM Perform Open Cable Comp 4072 hang

Hello,

I am trying to perform an open short compensation on a NI 4072 DMM

When I run the attached code my program hangs on the niDMM Perform Open Cable Comp.vi

After a long period of time I get a timeout error.

Anybody know what I am doing wrong?

Hi ASTDan,

If you set your Comp type to "Open" do you still see the same behavior?

The niDMM Configure Offset Comp Ohms was causing the problem.  I removed it and open compensation works great.
