I have a question about SMU(PXI-4132) measurement value.

 

I'd like to know measurement values during the Aperture time.

 

In other wise, PXI-4132  returns only a measuremend value(The average of the values during the PLC) when I have measured using SMU.

But I'd like to get the values during the PLC..

 

Is it possible get the values?

 

I'll waiting your anwer.
