Resistance measuring device

Hello Sir,

We want to measure the "Printed Circuit Board" connector pin resistance.

Below are the requirement.

  • Resistance measurement 0-1 Ohms.
  • Sampling rate of min 10 samples per sec per channel.
  • 132 channels

Please suggest a suitable cDAQ device that can measure the above said resistance.

Sound like a end of line test.

Needed accuracy?

thougths on task:

The high pin or channel count target to a switched system ,

low impedance measurement to a 4 wire measurement

in conjunction with contacting* and TC voltages:  AC measurement or at least swapped polarity

*) the real hardware task (I think) for EOL test a pin-PCB impedance in 4 wire

max possible current  ?

suggested hardware:

switch martix (solid state?)

bipolar current source (or more switching), stable (traceable?) or one or more reference resistors

2 diff voltage channels

No cDAQ high channel switch matrix 😞

No cDAQ with a low ohm range (400Ohm )  😞

PXI-System with a SMU?
