EOS/EMI from AC source can damage the PXI 4130 SMU board?
PXI 4130 SMU board has a protection from the high frequency noise?

Hi Gerald, the system is working at the production line, it is only due for calibration, so need to pull-out the SMU board from the PXI Chassis and bring to central calibration office. during calibration when the calibration software request to install the auxiliary power supply for verification, then declared no aux power out supply

So, you took the chassis out, took it your calibration team, and they determined that something was wrong with the system. Did they specify any further what the issue was? Is the AUX power out not reaching levels they expect? Are the following the calibration procedure for this module?
