NI4060 Repair

Hello,

I am getting unusual bad readings with NI-4060 DMM. Basically I found its adding some offset value to all measurements and this offset is changing .

I would like to send it to repair

Could you please let me know the whom should I contact and the formal procedure. Also I would like to know the cost for the standard repair.
