hi Claudia, I found this behaviour in one of my majour accounts too, but it involves PXI-4060 instead of PCI-4060. Is there any fix for PXI-4060 too?

This ECO does not apply to the PXI-4060. If you can elaborate on the setup and failure that your customer has encountered I may be able to help shed some light on the issue.

Hi, I am getting the same error code over and over again while calibrating PXI-4070 DMMs using Calibration Executive v6.3. It happens at absolutely  random steps. It's very frustrating, since calibrating such a device takes a lot of time. and I try restarting, closing whatever backgrund programs, but the error still appears. After numerous tries, it finally works, but. still.. Is there a fix to it, please? thanks
