Cannot Create Calibration Certificate

Hello,

I'm trying to request a calibration certificate from the following page:

https://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/nical.main

However, on entering the serial number (0x11D22D7) of my NI-PXI-6221 I am told "Cannot Create Calibration Certificate"

Checking the PDF file on the error page shows that certificates are available for this instrument, and the serial number itself was taken from Measurement and Automation Explorer, as the attached .jpd shows .

Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated,

Please ignore the above - I can't tell my DMM from my DAQ. I tried the serial number of the correct product (without the 0x qualifier), and it worked.

Hi Sam,

Please go to the calibration certificate page again, and enter in your serial nuber as (11D22D7) without the brackets. This should allow you to print off a certificate.
