I would like to buy a Low profile compression only load button load cell with mounting (LBM-2.5K from Transducer Techniques) but as the excitation voltage is 10 VDC, I do not know if my equipment could work with it since I am using AC. The equipment that we have in my laboratory at New Mexico State University is quite old. The two National Instruments chassis that we use are the SCXI-1000 (four slot) and SDXI-1001 (twelve slot) models. Both run on AC power but my professor said we might be able to connect this load cell and make it work. Is it doable? Thank you.
