pci-6503 read error

I use winxpsp2 with LV8.2, DAQmx8.6. With Measurement and Automation Explorer, the card can write out 5V properly, but it seems that each one pin of the 3 ports couldn't read 0V and the LEDS always high (light-on).

I also tried to configure pin0 of portb as output and pin0 of portc as input in LV and connect them together, the read out data is always high.

Since the card is not supported by DAQ Diagnostic Utility. Any way to check if the card is broken?

Hi George,

Are you sure that you do not have "invert lines" box chosen in digital I/O configuration in MAX?

Your problem sounds like you should contact your local National Instruments tech support.
