no output at pxı 6515

Hello;

Im developing a system with a 16 slot pxi chassis with several modules.One of them is pxi 6515.I installed it, device manager and max identify them without problem.I loopbacked the outputs to inputs like p0.0 to p4. 0, p0.1 to p4.1 etc.I put a puu up resistance to each looback line with goes to 5V Vcc, I attached all p0.COM to p4.gnd, p1.COm to p5.GND etc. I suplied p4.cOM,p5.COM,p6.COM,p7.COM with 5V Vcc.The pull up resistance value is 2K7 1W.With all this configuration.I can not get output from any of P4,P5,P6,P7, with MAX test panel.Could you please help me?

thanks

Hi,

It doesn't sound like your device is not outputting, but that you aren't meeting the threshold of your digital input logic level to consider your value high.  Per Page 1 of the NI 651x Specifications the inputs on your card requires a voltage level of 11V to be considered logic level "high".

I suspect that if you check the output with another device, be it a DAQ card with analog input, or a handheld multimeter, you will see that your device is outputting.
