Need a driver or dll to permit access to a digital I/O card running on windows 2000 and nt 4.0.

If the Digital I/O Card is made by National Instruments, the driver you would use is the NI-DAQ driver. This driver can be downloaded for free at http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/current, and includes pdf documenation and example code for many programming environments. NI-DAQ runs on both Windows 2000 and Windows NT. If the Digital I/O card is not a National Instruments device, you must contact the manufacturer of the card for the driver.
