Using USB-6525 solid-state relay module to control 25VDC solenoid valves, are flyback diodes necessary?

We will be using USB-6525 to drive solenoid valves.  The solenoid valves operate at 24VDC at 300 milliAmps.

Do I need to add flyback diodes between the solenoid valves and the USB-6525 to protect against flyback currents?

Yes, and actually the diodes are in parallel with the valves. 1N400x series are typically used.
