Trouble with PCI-6503, W2k and DELL computer

When I start my DELL computer sometimes W2k detect a new hardware. In fact the PCI-6503 config has disappeared. Without re-install the board if I reboot many times the computer, the PCI-6503 is known again and my Labview application works again. Is there a conflict with DELL computer and PCI-6503 NI ?

Hi,

You can save your configuration.
To do this, in MAX and if you work with Traditionnal NI-DAQ :
1/ configure your device
2/ Tools >> TRaditionnal NI-DAQ configuration >> Save configuration as ...
3/ save the file (niconfig.daq) in directory C:\Windows

If you work with NI-DAAQmx :
1/ Configure your device
2/ File >> Export...
3/ Choose "system" and save the file *.nce.
4/ Then you can import your configuration file by File >> Import...
