Triggering DataLogger from Analog Input

I have a cDAQ 9189 with 8 Slots with NI 9201 as AI and NI 9401 as DI/DO. I want to Transfer analog Signals to a TTL Signal(Output) so as to trigger a data logger.

Could you describe it a bit more, what do you mean by:

You want to convert analog signals to digital? Or send out some digital signal based on the analog input?

I want to convert Analog Signals to Digital Signals. I did it in the attached vi but I am not sure of the frequency is same or different.
