SCB68

Hello,

I am using the NI6534 along with the SCB box, I see glitches on the digital lines  from my Mixed signal scope when performing digital I/O.

My sampling clock rate is 4MHz, my 15 pin digital cable from the scope are connected directely to the SCB box.

Scope ground is connected the DGND pin of the SCB 68.

Is anybody know how to eliminate such glitches?
