Pwm PXI-6704

According to National Instruments support in Sweden, it is not possible to make a PWM output on a digital line on PXI-6704.

Is that realy truth? 

If any can answer this question please keep in mind that i´m writing my application in Visual Studio usint niDaq drivers.

Hello olssoninc,

The PXI-6704 is a static card and can not be hardware timed. So you must use software timing. With software timing you have to change the output by writing to it and time when to write the change, also if you are running this on a PC with for example Windows you will not get an deterministic timing. So the frequency and duty cycle will lose in accuaracy.
