PCIe-6509 and SCB100 not seeing 5 volts

I have configured a few PCIe-6509 cards in combination with the SCB100 for DIO in the past. However, I am currently having a problem.

This is a new installation and we are not seeing 5V on pin 49 or 99 of the SCB100.

The card shows up in NI-Max and it passes the self test.

We have two cards that are doing the same exact thing. Am I missing a setting?

Any help is appreciated. I have been going through the documentation for a few days now and I can't find an answer.

I have included a wiring diagram for our implementation.

Ensure the switches on SCB-100 are as shown below,

Please check the fuse and LED as described in the 6509 user manual,

Based on your description, you may have blown the onboard Fuse of 6509

Thank you so much...I think it was the jumpers.

This page in the SCB documentation shows the jumpers in a different position.

(See the tiny circle indicator on S5 and S4...In your, CORRECT, version, those little circle indicators are visible on S1, S2 and S3)

Also, the jumper indicating numbers are on different sides

Anyway...It's mostly working now. Thanks for the help!!
