PCIe-6321 generation DO 12V

I'm using PCIe-6321 with terminal bloc SCB-68A i'm wondering if i can generate DO 12 V instead of 5V with power supplying with 12 VDC?

I read that on the datasheet that we can power supplying with 12 VDC (without disk drive connector) :

if yes how i can wirring the terminal bloc? you find below the scb-68A pinout :

No you can't.  That +12V is coming from the PCIe bus and/or the disk drive connector and is purely for powering the board.  The +12V does not come out of the board.  If you need 12V logic, you might want to look at a PCI-6528 or a cDAQ using modules designed for industrial logic levels.
