PCI-6515 driver missing, using the traditional NI DAQ and LabVIEW 6.1

My computer cannot find the driver for the PCI 6515. I installed the latest "traditional" NI DAQ (I only have 6.1 LabView version), but that did not help. Can anyone help?

What do you mean your computer can't find the driver?
What are you trying to do do?

Does the card show up in MAX?

The 6515 requires the newer DAQmx driver and DAQmx (http://www.ni.com/support/daq/versions_pci_pxi.htm) and DAQmx is not supported by LabVIEW 6.1.

When I installed the card, the computer detects its and starts looking for the drive. It fails to find one. MAX doesn't show the board.

I appreciate any suggestions you might have.

thta's what I was afraid of.... Well, I hope NI will be willing to swap the 6515 fior the 6527.
