At a test stand application we use 2 usb-cards type 6525. During running the contact get lost irregular. Error code in MAX is 50405 (lost connection) or occupied source (51***).
The application is written in LV7.1 and build as exe-file.
The test stands are controled with ibm thinkpads with WinXP SP2, LV7-runtime and DAQmx-8.8 driver.
After restarting the system or disconnecting the cards the application can start again.
In meiner Prüfstandsapplikation werden 2 Karten vom Typ USB6525 betrieben. Diese steigen unregelmäßig mit der Fehlermeldung 50405 aus.
Programmiert wurde die Applikation mit LV 7.1, umgewandelt als exe und betrieben auf mehreren Messrechnern (XP,SP2) mit der LV7runtime.
DAQ-Treiber 8.8.
Nach einem Neustart des Rechners sind die Karten wieder einsatzbereit.
