Hello all,
We use PCI 6515/6528 frequently and end up having to make massive jumpers across the terminal block in order to have consistency and less wiring.
ie All PX.Y + will be 24V or PX.Y - will be GND.
To do this in design is easy, but it becomes a pain in the *** for the technicians to jump all these. Does anyone have a better idea how to do this? We asked Phoenix Contact and they shrugged.
Thanks in advance.

Search for products like these that match the terminal block spacing?

Yeah we considered something with the same pitch, but it ends up blocking the bottom row screws. It will work for the other block where we jump 24V on the bottom row, but not for the top.

Point well taken.
Thinking outside the NI 'box', use an alternative product with 2 discrete separated rows as such.
This example also has solder pads to add headers to gang connections up.
