The reason why I'm asking is that the behaviour I'm observing using a PCI bus extender does not seem stable. We use the counters on the board to generate interrupts to the host but we are seeing many more spurious interrupts generated using the extender. When the card is moved back into the PC, behaviour is nominal. Also, the card is keyed like a universal PCI card, does this mean it should work in a 3.3V PCI slot?
