I don't think its possible to do this using Microsoft Office but we do provide a free of charge data acquisition program with your hardware called NI Signal Express Lite which you can use with the free drivers to get some feedback from your device. If you wish to do anything more complicated than measuring and logging signals with limited flexability then you should consider a programming language such as LabVIEW but for now, the following items should work just fine for you:
