How to connect the NI instrument (PXIe-6571) in Digital pattern editor ?

I am new to this and have just acquired a PXIe-5671. I have tried various methods while testing examples, but have been unable to connect to the 5671 in the Digital Pattern Editor. I'm not sure what the issue is. Thank you.

I would recommend you taking up this course before even attempt to use 6571 - https://learn.ni.com/learning-paths/device-testing-with-digital-pattern-instruments

The error you're seeing from the example is because you don't the instruments with the names defined in the PinMap.
