How to acquire more samples of data using Ni 9219?

Dear Friends,

                    I am using NI 9219 DAQ,to acquire signal from my sensor.I am using 2 channel.It is taking .75 seconds for one sample to read and store in two separate notepad.I used best 50 Hz rejection.I need to use this mode to get good result.I need take sample of 0.5 second from my sensor.kindly help me in this regard.

You don't mention which programming language that you are using, the acquisition configuration, how you are writing to 'Notepad', or a lot of other details. The best thing do to would be to attach your code.
