I would suggest that you post your question to the Vision exchange since you are using an IMAQ board. You might find that your question will be answered more quickly because that exchange is monitored by users who use IMAQ boards and drivers regularly.
From my experience, I would suggest that you narrow the source of your problem. If MAX isn't seeing both of your PCI boards, that means that it's possible that one of your PCI boards isn't being seen by the OS and is therefore not reporting its existence to MAX. You don't mention whether or not both boards are seen by the OS, but I'm not familiar with PC104 so that may not be applicable. However, if you find that one of your boards isn't being recognized by the OS than the problem lies outside of MAX. At that point, I
would suggest making sure that both boards are working properly by themselves. Then, I would suggest looking into the power requirements for the boards. It's possible that one of the boards may not be receiving enough power from the bus. It is also possible that your adapter may not be adhering to PCI specifications which could also cause the board to not be recognized.
Although I am not familiar with IMAQ boards, what I've suggested above should be applicable to all PCI devices.
Hope this helps.

Erin
