Generate PWM with frquency lower than 40 Hz

i'm using myRio to generate PWM signal. how can I get PWM frequency lower than 40 Hz, I would like to reach 10, 20, 30, 40 Hz

Are you familiar to the PWM express VI our myRIO toolkit has available?

You can use it to generate your specific frequencies.
