I'm awaiting your response!!

NI DO card has total 8 bank and i think each one has over-current/ Thermal shutdown protection on board, but still problem occurred. So request to NI expert, Please look into the matter. Expected better support from NI.

Thanks,

Prashant

Outputs are selenoid valves. I guess powered by NI6512. I checked all wiring there is no short or something.

Do you use a freewheeling diode to avoid damage from back emf?

there are flyback diodes on the coil of these valves. I checked them no problem. Maybe there was short somewhere, somehow happened. But it did not happen again. Thank you for your help.
