Cannot write to an input channel.

I have a NI 9403 DIO module. I have configured channels (bits) 17 and 25 as outputs.I can write to bit 17 fine. When I try to write to bit 25, I get error -66207: LabVIEW: Cannot write to an input channel. I can't detect any difference on configuration between these two channels, yet they behave differently. Any thoughts?

Have any code you can share? We'd be purely guessing otherwise.
