Can NI-9425 DI be buffered

I have a NI-9425 module that I would like to sample at 1kHz with some other analog input modules that are currently being sampled at 1000 Samples/sec and 100 Samples/Interrupt.  Can the NI-9425 module be buffered with the sample scan and interrupt rate?

Hardware timed up to 140kHz.  Yes, I would say this should work for you.

It should be fast enough, but I haven't figured out how to buffer it.  I can access the module about once very 60-70 ms and retrive one sample. I would like to retrive 100 buffered samples at a time because it seams to take about 60-70 ms for the labtop to read the module.
