Can I acquire data using PSH27-50F-D1 cable without a connector block?

Sounds strange, but my task requries being compact, so someone suggests me just cut the cable and add a connector to suit, instead of using the CB-50 connector block. However, is this method possible, and can I get the wire configuration of the cable? As I have to find out the wire I should use to connect to the output pin of an accelerometer.
