9469 Setup - cannot discover connections

Hi,

I have 3 CompactRIO chassis 9057's each with a 9469 card in slot 2.

I have tried to configure the cards within MAX but i am unable to discover any signals connected to any of my chassis.

I currently have the cards setup in a daisychain configuration

Still stuck in the same position, i have tried all the steps in that atricle and still i do not see the connections on NI Max

Did you install all the necessary drivers such as CompactRIO June 2018 or above and DAQmx 18.1 or above? Did you make sure to include Real-Time option when installing DAQmx?

All necessary drivers were installed correctly, in the end it turned out I could not configure any of the connections via MAX. Instead I had to use the labview project view and manually configure each connection in the properties tabs. It seems the MAX 'configurator' does not work and is not required anyway as it did not affect the function of the 9469's
