-301740 error on NI 8451

Hi gurus and sages

I seem to be having a Bus capture error.

I am using the TI UIF to flash program a MSP430 and using the NI 8451 to talk to two other passive devices on teh same bus. These two operations are NOT simultaneous. One follows the other. The oder is not impotant.

The present error -301740 Bus capture error happens when i flash the MSp430 and then try to access the other chips on the bus.

After the MSP430 is flashed, i rest the MSP430 using the DIO line ti reset.

Greetings LVdroid.

I'm not sure I have the full picture of your set up and what you're trying to accomplish.  What functionality/protocol are you using the 8451 for?  This may help determine the cause of the error.  For instance, if you're using the 8451 for I2C communication, this error often points to a problem with the pull-up resistors on the SDA/SCL lines.
