Hi Matt,

this normally occurs when not starting the VIPM as Administrator under Win7.

Can you check and re-try?

I have checked and I have administrator privileges.  Has anyone tried to install this package with LabVIEW 2013?  I am using the integrated JKI Package Manager that gets installed with LabVIEW 2013.  Tried 2 more times and both installs fail with same error.  When I start LabVIEW is says the 30 day evaluation has begun but no icons on the robotics pallet.  Computer has been rebooted multiple times.

Have you started the program with "run as administrator"?
Even if your Windows account has administrator rights you would still start the program "as administrator".
