ALARM User Group April 16th 2026 Registration

Hi Everyone,

 

Xcimer Energy, will be hosting the ALARM UG in April. Please register using the Microsoft Form below if you plan on attending, this is a required form to comply with our legal team. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

  4. Presentation 2 (NI Update / Pre NI-Connect) (7:10 - 7:25)
  5. Presentation 3 (State Machines for Bluetooth Communication) (7:30 - 8:00 PM)
  6. Round Table (Troubleshooting 101)... (Group Discussion) (8:05 - 8:30PM)
  7. Close out and socialization time.

Reiterating that we have an exciting presentation and tour to give for you all in April. However, we will be denying entry for those who do not complete the registration form to comply with legal - please make sure you fill that out.

The "State Machines for Bluetooth Communication" presentation/discussion reminded me of the LabVIEW Statechart Module.  I think it did a great job of cleaning up and decoupling.  NI's approach was to use "State" and "Transition" panels.  The State could contain Entry and Exit actions, Static Reactions, Triggers, Guards, etc. Each Transition could also contain Triggers, Guards, and Actions.  States and Transitions were represented on the Statechart diagram in a different flavor of G.
