DQMH 3 and LV16. "Add New DQMH Module" Error 1126 VI is too early.

It is fixed in my PC LV16!

Even Thermal Chamber exapmle is v3.0 now.

"Validate DQMH Module" can fix two issues in "Th Ch Controller" and "DUT_Clonable" modules but in "TestStand Manager" module cannot fix issue "Obsolete "Stop Module" code found".
