Announcing DQMH 4.2

Hello everyone,

We are pleased to announce that the LabVIEW Tools Network has approved DQMH 4.2 and it should be showing up anytime now on your VIPM.

This version includes three features requested by our DQMH Trusted Advisors:

  • DQMH Broadcast Events have a glyph on their icon –> as requested here
  • New DQMH Tools menu to create your own DQMH Module Templates –> as requested here
  • When creating a Request and Wait for Reply, there is an additional Arguments window for the reply arguments –> as requested here

We also updated the documentation. Find more details on that on the Change History section of the DQMH Documentation.

As you can see, we continue to improve DQMH and provide the tools for you to upgrade your existing DQMH modules to include the new features. Keep your feature requests coming at the DQMH Feature Requests page

Thanks for your trust on DQMH,

The Delacor team

Hello everyone,

We have released DQMH 4.2.1 and it should be showing up in your VIPM.

Thanks to Joerg Hampel, we discovered that we were getting overzealous on marking VIs as reentrant for the cloneable VIs. The Start Module.vi should not be reentrant.

Please update to 4.2.1 and run the validation tool to verify if your existing code has this issue and if it does, the validation tool will fix it.

Regards,

Fab
