Just a quick update on the compiled code setting, I've turned Remove compiled code back on, cleared out the object cache, rebuilt the library and cleared out the cache again
The library still loads in LabVIEW and in TestStand and appears to be working fine. So it looks like the typedef disconnection was the key issue
