I’ve been using DQMH for a while, but today I ran into an issue where the “DQMH Consortium” option is missing from the Tools dropdown menu. I tried installing the latest DQMH patch, but the problem still persists.
I also searched online to see if anyone else has experienced this or found a fix, but couldn’t find anything helpful, so I decided to ask here. I’d appreciate any simple fixes if available; otherwise, I may have to try reinstalling DQMH completely.

Are you sure DQMH is installed to the LabVIEW you're using? Go to Help > About LabVIEW and check the version/bitness you're using:
Then go to VIPM and make sure that version matches where you installed DQMH to:
If those both match up, then it sounds like something went wrong with your installation, and you may need to uninstall/reinstall DQMH.
One other thing, depending on your machine permissions, i.e. if they're pretty locked down by IT or whatever, then you may need to run both LabVIEW and VIPM as an Administrator before trying the install.

@Darren yes the bitness is 64bit and the VIPM versions matched as well. It is the machine I have been using all along and one day i couldn’t see the DQMH drop down options. I did repair LabVIEW and then removed and reinstalled DQMH and that fixed the issue. It seemed like weird glitch and I tried the shortcut keys on the block diagram too to bring the menu and it didn’t work as well. I’m glad the issue is fixed and I can keep using DQMH.
