Getting this Error while Creating Module

There are versions of VIPM that do not mass compile all of the VIs in the toolkit. To fix that, we added a post install action in the DQMH Toolkit that  all of the DQMH dependencies on installation.

I suggest you uninstall and install the DQMH toolkit and try again.
