Create an API to use all wizards functions in order to allow development of a MCP server

Nigel evolving - slowly but surely - I'll want to create DQMH modules and events thanks to prompts.

 

In order to do this correctly a MCP server must be designed/tailored to call (silently) the wizards and fill them with relevant data so that they can operate their magic. 

To do so, an API should be made available so that a MCP server can call defined methods with specific parameters.
