Convert Private Request Events to Private Request and Wait for Reply

I like the new additions to DQMH 7.1 including the Private Wait for Reply events. It's a shame however, that the feature was not fully fleshed out. It would be convenient to have the ability to convert Private Requests to Private Request and Wait for Reply.

We understand the need. This is not a straightforward feature to implement, so we wait to see if there are more comments and kudos before deciding how much effort to put into this.
