Hi jingli,
The way to acquire data is the same for all NI DAQ boards, so what I am describing can be used for other hardware, too.
First you need to create virtual channels in Measurement and Automation Explorer.
This KB tells you more about that:

After creating and configuring those virtual channels you can use them in DIAdem DAC. Simply use a NI-DAQ Input block. When you open it's configuration dialog (double click), you can see two lists of channels. On the left you can see all the channels you created. Add the channels you want to acquire to the list of selected channels on the right and click OK.
That's it. Now you can acquire from your NI-Hardware. In m
ost cases you will want to use a Clock block with hardware timing, so you can really use the acquisition speed the hardware provides.
