Calculate the number of values which will be acquired in 10 seconds. With a clock rate of 100 Hz this is:

100 values per second * 10 second = 1000 values

The number of values in the save block is absolute exact. If it doesn't matter whether you acquire 10 s or 10.05 or 10.1 second you can choose every other trigger which stops the measurement - like stop the save block (no retrigger), stop the clock block. How to define the trigger is up to you.
