Hello All
Sorry this isnt a technical Q, but I am having a hard time switching my Diadem 2017 SP1 Advanced with DAC over to another machine. The license we have is able to be used on 3 machines. As all 3 slots have been used, I need to transfer by deactivating on one machine and then activating on the new one.
However, I can't seem to do it. I have deactivated inside the license manager but then cannot re-activate on the new machine. I think one problem might be that the new machine has 2019 on it, but I don't seem to be allowed to download 2017 SP1 so....
What am I doing wrong here?
