Text Data Plugin Wizard - Ignore Delimeters Inside Double Quotes

I'm trying to use the Text Data Plugin Wizard to load data from a CSV file using a comma delimiter.  Wondering how I can get the delimiters inside double quotes to be ignored.

Can you share an example file with a description which delimiter is to ignore?

I have only German versions of DIAdem here so I can only show a German language screenshot. If you set the parameter marked in orange (don't how it is called in the English version but literal translation would be text recognition character) to double quotes the entire section between the double quotes will be imported as one single text channel.
