Set Diadem 2018 as default program for .VBS files

Hello Diadem users, 

I just have installed Diadem 2018 along Diadem 2015. I tried set Diadem 2018 as default program for opening all related files (.dat, .tdms, .tdv, .sud, and so on ). I mannaged to set all of then expect of one, .VBS. Every time I open a script, it opens in Diadem 2015. I tried to changed that in "Default programs" but the .vbs file is missing in the options. Have any of you met with this issue ?

If you want it to be connected just press

Shift+Right klick

on a vbs file.

Choose

Open with

in context menue.

Choose another app

browse to DIAdem and select to always open using DIAdem.

Comment: The registration was dropped, because it overwrites the windows default to run vbs files using the windows scripting host.

Hi Andreas

That was my frist call. When i choose Diadem 2018 and opend the file it opens Diadem 2015 instead. Is there any other workaround ?

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DIAdem.VBS.15.0

If you open regedit you can pimp your registry to match your needs.

Thats what I did.
